I want to communicate users from AD and from outside AD (created manually in ejabberd).
Is there any possibility that all users will be visible in a contact list in some ejabberd's client (e.g. Spark)?

Yes, you should use mod_shared_roster and user manual. There is a possibility that mod_shared_roster_ldap will be useful.
