I can only use SSH, so the gui one is no good for me. I downloaded the ncurses library, but the install is too cryptic for me. I'm sure there will be other snags as well. Is there an RPM I can download or something?

I've heard that people were trying to make RPMs for Red Hat. But I don't know if they succeeded (otherwise they would be listed on the downloads page). Maybe you can ask on the mailing list (I am not sure, but I think I read there about it).
