I have some troubles using GaIM to connect to my ejabberd server.
Clients like Pandion or Exodus can connect to jabber easily but with GaIM, I can't!
My server is registered into my WINS and DNS.
Have you got any idea?

GAim can't see or contact my
GAim can't see or contact my jabber server... there are no clue in the log file...
I don't have any trouble
I don't have any trouble connecting to my jabber servers.
You have to tell us all about your setup, we can't guess what servers, firewalls etc you have.
My servers runs Debian testing and Debian unstable. Clients run Gaim 1.2.1, thats what comes with debian stable and later. Have no problems with some clients who run Gaim on MS Windows XP either.
Have you seen the alternatives when you adds an account?
User id and server that shows upp first are JID:s. If you running the server on another address than whats in your JID, you have to set that in the alternatives.
I'm using swedish locales, so I cant help you more with exactly what is the names.
