i hv managed to install a test ejabber system, my first one. im not very familiar with erlang. my q us how do i configure yahoo transport in ejabberd. i hv dwnloaded yahoo-transport-2.3.2 but the installation caters only for jabber 1.4 using xml config.
if someone can point me to the right direction, i wd appreciate it very much.

I've been told that the only Yahoo transport that actually works to some extend is the one written in Python and based on XMPPpy. You'll be happy to know it is server-independent, so you don't need jabberd1 or JCR to use it.

And if that not works, you can try the yahoo-t example config for the yahoo-transport-2, which was in cvs. Yahoo-Transport-2 always needs Jabberd1 (code), but with this config it also works with ejabberd and probable more servers.
