ejabberd vs j-eai

J-EAI 1.0 beta6 is based on ejabberd but includes numerous improvements over ejabberd:

Bla, Bla.

I just installed j-eai on SLES and I'm already using ejabberd on Debian for variuos log collection purposes. Should I look into j-eai or stick to ejabberd? www.jabber.org addopted ejabberd but on process-one.net site it is said that j-eai is better than ejabberd.

Only you know the answer

Only you know the answer: do the improvements on j-eai over ejabberd benefit you? Are they important for you? It seems those benefits were not important for jabber.org.
