JIT not working ?

Hi, I installed JIT, configured it, ran it, but can not find JIT service in "Service discovery" section.
FreeBSD 6.1, ejabberd 1.0.0, jit, everything was installed from ports.
I changed in ejabberd.cfg
{5555, ejabberd_service, [{access, all},
{host, ["icq.myhost.ru"],
[{password, "secret"}]}]}
and in jit.xml:

icq.myhost.ru
5555
secret

I see no errors in JIT logs:

But I can not see JIT in "Service discovery" !!! What can be the problem ?
