configuring registration fields

I may be missing something here, but both Data Forms and the Registration JEPs allow for additional data when registering. Does ejabberd support this? I have not been able to find anything, but have poor erlang reading skills currently.

I would like to require users contact information (name, address, etc) as part of the registration process. Is this possible without hacking at the code? If ejabberd cannot do this, are there other servers that can?
