Hello,
I am using ubuntu 15.04 and my erl lang version is 19 and ejabberd version is 15 I installed it from source successfully.
Then I installed a xabber client on my android device and create a user
$ejabberdctl register
But my client is not able to connect with server my username and password is correct.
it is showing a message of reconnecting again and again and in other client it is giving error not authenticated.
Had I miss something?

When you attempt to login,
When you attempt to login, does anything appear in the ejabberd log files?
Install a Jabber client in the same machine where you have the server. Does it work?
