I want to know how to prevent ejabberd from saving muc chat history, and I wonder from where users synchronizemuc room chats ? becaus I understood that only muc room members information are saved on server

You refer to the room recent chat history, that you can configure with the mod_muc option history_size, see https://docs.ejabberd.im/admin/guide/configuration/#modmuc
