inexistent-account error foud when logging through web interface.

Dear All.

Installed Ejabberd 15.06 version on Windows-7. Log-in failed due to following error.

2015-07-08 12:50:55.202 [warning] <0.442.0>@ejabberd_web_admin:process:239 Access of <<"admin@localhost">> from <<"127.0.0.1">> failed with error: <<"inexistent-account">>

Further find following error on ejabberd.log

When I checked ejabberdctl file, found
EJABBERD_HOME="C:/Users/parag/AppData/Roaming/ejabberd"
however found no AppData folder.
Also dont find erlang config file in bin or any other folder that get created once windows installation completed. For further clarification, below are list of folders created :-
bin
doc
lib
logs
uninstall.dat file
uninstall application

Have doubt if all files are getting loaded while performing installation through windows version. Possibly that could be the reason for errors mentioned above.

we need answer to this problem so that we can continue to resume project work.
