HOW DOES EJABBERED NODE BALANCING EXACTLY WORK ON.
WHAT IS EXACT CONFIGURATION IS IT MASTER OR SALVE OR IT IS JUST A STANDALONE SELF DEPENDENT CLUSTER.
IF YOU HAVE ANY INFORMATION PLEASE DO ELABORATE ON THAT.

Don't scream, just read
Don't scream, just read official ejabberd guide:

hi
actually i did not find an exact solution how to make client know which node he must interact in case of node failure.
how a load balancing happens when a particular node is down.
In fact, ejabberd doesn't
In fact, ejabberd doesn't provide any feature for client redirection or forwarding. An ejabberd node just waits for client connections.
If you have several ejabberd nodes sharing some tables (by using Mnesia clustering as described in the ejabberd Guide; or by using the same MySQL database all the nodes, ...), it's the clients task to determine what node to connect to.
For this purpose you can setup a DNS domain balancer. Sorry, I can't help you with that part because I don't have experience with that.
